Welcome to Nicola Martin Studios for Dance and Fitness!

I specialise in providing adult dance and fitness classes for all women over the age of 16 years. Classes are held at the Plessey Club, Beeston, Nottingham. (Formerly New Venture Club). Pole classes are now also held at "The Festival" in Trowell and "The Empire" in Hucknall.

All of my classes are about keeping fit, celebrating femininity and having fun! So, if you're looking for a new way to tone up, why not try one of the following:
